MIL Ticket & Private Students
Private lessons at MIL, as you might imagine, are one on one lessons with an individual student. Private lessons are 25 or 50 minutes long, and the curriculum is a bit more flexible than in group lessons. Often students who are preparing for one of the English proficiency tests (such as the TOEFL, Eiken (STEP), or TOEIC) will sign up for Private lessons to hone their skills in the weeks before the test.
Ticket lessons are usually private lessons, too, but consist of a set number of lessons bought in advance by students who have irregular schedules and who cannot commit to fixed, scheduled lessons. The students make appointments for their lessons in advance, and take their English lessons when it's most convenient for them.
